I am new here and I was really skeptical about Back Market but I gave it a try. Now, the iPhone XS Gold B grade that I ordered came and it was outrageously great! It only has 83% battery but the outside of the product is so clean! I never expected that. Great job guys! Hopefully the device would last.

Sorry for the late reviews i have been using my iphone 12 for 3 weeks at first im having second thought of buying in this site because sometimes there’s scammers anywhere but it’s a legit shop the color is the same as i ordered and its grade B i didn’t see any scratch at all but im just a bit diss on the 85% battery health anyway so far so good . just want to ask if they sell a non Japanese variant iphone because im a bit embarrassed of the camera shutter sound😓

Got an iPhone 13 128GB A-grade with a discount, but due to personal reasons, I had to exchange it. However, since the replacement is not available, I have to get a refund instead. The customer service was so helpful and responded quickly. The phone's condition is great; The phone's condition is great; given its price point and BackMarket's top-notch service, it's actually a steal deal. The battery health was at 91%. There are almost no scratches, except for a small one right on the screen of the front camera. It did not affect the camera performance at all, actually. I'm willing to purchase another product from here again in the future :)

Hi, this is my second purchase and this time I ordered an A Rank iPhone XS Max. When it came, I was in awe because it is super clean, it's like a brandnew iphone out of the box. What's more awesome is the battery which is 100%! Almost like buying it brandnew. One issue though is the screen. When I tried to compare it to the iPhone XS and my other iPhone XS Max, there's a slight pinkish color when the screen is lit in full. I know it's an OLED still because the black color is totally dim like an off device, but when the screen is in full nits brightness, it has this slight pinkish glow. It doesn't affect the usage though, but I was just wondering what happened to the screen in high brightness having a slight pinkish glow. But then again, if something happens I will let you guys know. Overall it was an awesome experience and an awesome reasonable price for the device.

Purchased B grade iPhone 12 Pro 256GB. It looks like new with no scratches or defects . It came in sealed pack box with charger and cable. Only minus is that it has 83% battery level which could have been better.

最初の買い物でいきなりiPhoneとapple watch ultraを買いましたが値段と質のバランスは結果とても良かったです。 ウォッチはBグレードでしたがほとんど傷も見当たらずガラスもまったく綺麗でした。 付属品はミニマルですが既存のapple資産があるので問題なし笑 ただ付属の社外無線充電器はなぜか保有していた古いウォッチには使えない（発熱するだけで充電されず）でしたね。買ったultraには使えましたが謎。 メルカリでの中古購入も考えましたがそれより1万円以上は安かったし保証もあるので安心して買えました Bグレードですがバッテリー状況の表示は100%でした。ほぼ触らず見るだけで使ってると２日間（48時間）経っても２割ぐらいに残ってます。さすがultra! appleウォッチは便利ですがバッテリーが課題で１日持たないのが不満でしたが、やっと時計らしくなりました。これでもしその日に帰れず不意に泊まったりしても大丈夫です。ほんとultra最高！ 総じてBMさんで購入してありがたかったです。

これがBグレードなら、Aグレードはどんなんだろうと思うぐらいキレイでした。 じっくり探してみましたが、目立ったキスなどがなく、今のところ正常に作動しています。アダプタが結構汚れていたけれど、まさか、そこ？ とにかく、割とすぐに届いて、状態もよくて本当に助かりました。 確定申告と2つの重要な仕事を仕上げる段階で前のMacBook Proの画面が突然つかなくなり、修理には2週間くらいかかると言われて焦っていたところ、お手頃な価格で質の良いリファービッシュ品が手に入って（しかも、日本では珍しいUSキーボードで）、奇跡でした。出品者にもバックマーケットにも感謝いたします。
